Shipping within Israel

Orders shipped within Israel are delivered within up to 5 business days from the shipping date.

International Shipping

Orders to international destinations ship with FedEx or DHL and are delivered within up to 10 business days from the shipping date.
Duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout and may be required upon delivery.
Customers may be contacted by their local customs authority.
All international orders ship with a Commercial Invoice. No exceptions.
Ever After is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or missing items
Customers must notify Ever After within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged or missing items.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
If approved, Ever After may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
