Products & Handmade nature

All Ever After products are handmade and hand-embroidered using traditional techniques.
Slight variations in embroidery, stitching, color tone, and fabric texture are natural and expected and are not considered defects.
Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images shown on the website.

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Ever After reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including due to stock limitations, errors, or suspected fraud.
If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Pricing & Payments

Customers must notify Ever After within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged or missing items.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
If approved, Ever After may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Ever After is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect

shipping information provided by the customer.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of

the customer.

Returns & Exchange

Return eligibility and conditions are detailed in the Shipping & Returns section and form an integral part of these Terms.

Damaged & Missing items

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Ever After may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at its discretion.
